Thank you for your feedback. You raised the issues with the leak in the roof during the stormy weather to us on the last night of your stay which we appreciated and we have since sorted, we were unaware you were seeking a follow up reply. We hope you still managed to enjoy your visit despite this and would love to welcome you back to North Cornwall in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

There is on road parking for one car and one pet is welcome by arrangement. The open plan ground floor has beautiful exposed stone walls and a wood burner in the lounge creating that cosy atmosphere where you can sink into a chair and relax.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking up a storm with locally sourced goodies to enjoy around the dining table.

The first floor offers two comfortable bedrooms that share a family shower room.

Port Isaac is an idyllic fishing village on the North Cornwall coast that is home to ITV series of Doc martin as well as the famous Fisherman's Friends Shanty Singers, who perform on the Platt in summer months.

The village is perfect for spending the day strolling through the narrow streets, popping into the shops, cafes and pubs.

Enjoy delicious fresh fish and chips, hot Cornish pasties and ice cream made from locally sourced ingredients, or book a table at the Michelin star Restaurant Nathan Outlaw.

About the location

PORT ISAAC

Polzeath 6.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
