The property

The View is a stylish contemporary ground floor apartment situated in an elevated position with breaktaking sea views over Port Isaac bay and along the coastline towards Tintagel Head and beyond.

A scenic romantic getaway for a couple keen to explore the coastal paths out from both sides of the village or perhaps a foodie break in this restaurant rich area with Nathan Outlaw's Fine Dining Restaurant at the end of the road.

This trendy apartment can sleep two people in the master bedroom and a further two people on the sofa bed in the living room. The panoramic views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, but especially so from the adjoining living room where you can relax and admire the views of uninterupted ocean.

Attractive contemporary chic whilst retaining its character with wooden floorboards that run from the elegant living space through the apartment and on chilly days, light the open fire and you can snuggle up watching the deep sea views whatever the weather. The View, aptly named is perfectly positioned to make the most of North Cornwall whether you are here to unwind or for an outside adventure, there is really something here for everyone.

From your doorstep, join the wonderful coastal and rural footpaths that make for dramatic but scenic day out with the ever-changing sea scape, sightings of rare birds and it is not uncommon to see the occasional glimpse of a seal or dolphin.

Take a relaxed stroll around the narrow winding lanes filled with charaterful white-washed or stone faced historic fishermans cottages and refresh with a catch of the day light lunch from one of the friendly cafes in the harbour. Accommodation: Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room with superb sea and coastal views Bed 1: Double bed Shower room/WC Separate WC Parking for one vehicle * There is a double sofa bed in living room can be booked at an additional £50 per week. About the location

PORT ISAAC

Polzeath 6.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
