“The cottage is small but comfortable with beautiful views.”
The prescence of the long term tenants adjacent - two men and their small kids and seemingly endless visitor stream- does present a problem as the walls are thin enough to hear wailing and admonishments, lots of door slamming and over 100 pairs of shoes and wellies lining the entrance and halls, even coats hung up so you don't have much of a feel of privacy. Also, the directions for recylcing were to take them to a bin in the car park; there was no bin there. I would expect this house to have its own bin. Finally, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for an entire week? Smacks of cheapness, although it now seems to be the norm. No one wants to have to go out to buy overly priced toilet paper whilst on vacation. Even an honor box or pay scheme would be better.
Hi Sandra,
Many thanks for your feedback, very useful.
Unfortunately this response box has limited space so I can't go into too much detail, but we will try to make improvement and I'll take the issues raised up with John Bray (who actually don't read any feedback) and also Seapoint Residents Association.
We hope, however, that you enjoyed your stay and that you'll be back.
Best wishes.
