A delightful cottage well furnished very comfortable plenty of instructions for appliances etc bedding and towels included in the property is excellent the only think was when you come through the front door the foot well is dangerous it steps down and is trip hazard but it could be easily fixed it was only that everything else was amazing

“Nice property and garden with lovely textiles and furnishings.”

Holiday marred by difficult to use appliances i.e. oven and grill couldn't use all week. No fuel left for stove. En suite Shower tiles needs refurbishing also very damp smell. Lou seats come crushing down awful noise especially at night, perhaps install soft closing ones. Instructions were poor and left in obscure cupboard as was wi fi (never known a router to be in a cupboard before). Had to ring agents for help the next day, but had a night of no heating at all and it was chilly!

There are instructions in the property for these appliances and you are emailed the Wi-Fi instructions when receiving your key collection details. With regards to the supply of wood this isn’t normally something provided but we have taken on board your feedback and now provide an initial supply of wood. Once this runs out it is up to the guest to buy more if they wish. We are sorry this was not in place for your stay. “A well maintained bungalow next to the main road in to Rock with a lovely dog friendly garden.”

Well maintained and decorated with all the equipment you need for a break including dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were really comfortable with high quality bedding and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Within walking distance of shops, fabulous bakery and the Pityme Inn. We drove the short distance to Daymer to spend a couple of days on the beach and enjoyed a great walk along to Polzeath for lunch and back again. And a trip to Rock is never complete without taking the ferry across to Padstow for a mooch. A lovely stay, thank you.

“We enjoyed a lovely stay.”

The bungalow was extremely clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was of good quality. We were pleased that towels were provided. The location was good with a pub serving food within 5 minutes walk. The harbour in Rock with bars and restaurants was a 10 minute drive away. The only negative was the bungalow was on the main road into Rock which gets quite busy early morning so there is some traffic noise which was not a problem for us. The issue with the front door lock was quickly remedied by Sykes. I would definitely return as we enjoyed a lovely holiday.
