There is a parking space for one car; please note that the driveway is shared with Cartway Cove, the next door house.The sitting room's high, vaulted ceiling has a spacious feel and has lovely rural and hilltop views over Port Gaverne valley; south-facing French windows open onto a private wooden deck with outdoor table and bench; a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the view.
The kitchen has the luxury of a Delabole slate worktop and has all the equipment you need for creating a delicious summer salad or fish supper.
Overlooking the sitting room is a gallery with built-in ladder, safety gate and full width curtains to provide a second bedroom with rural views.
We recommend this room is used for two people over the age of eight.
A charming porthole window gives sea views.This peaceful and tranquil spot near Port Gaverne, is nevertheless conveniently close to Polzeath and Trebarwith Strand beaches, both great for sunbathing, surfing and boogie boarding.
Those who like to swim will prefer the gentler waves at Port Gaverne, Daymer Bay and Port Quin, a serene cove just south of Port Isaac.

With the South West coast path just across the road, stride out with a picnic and walk the breathtaking cliffs and valleys, covered with colourful wildflowers in May, there are sometimes moorland ponies grazing at Epphaven.Accommodation:
