“Hi, we had a very nice stay in Homelands Port Isaac, after travelling 11 hours from Ireland we arrived and followed the instructions regarding temporary parking and unpacking our car etc, we then went and parked our car and walked back to the cottage.”
When we got here, very tired from the journey we were very disappointed to discover no welcome pack, not even milk or a teabag, nothing! Even the salt and pepper pots were empty, we then had to walk up past the car park to go to the Co-op, I have been travelling to Cornwall for 15 years and stayed in quite a lot of cottages and there has always been a welcome pack.
When my partner was taking our luggage in, the cleaner was leaving and had welcome backs with her but she didn’t leave it, we did pay alot for a 3 night stay and expected a little gesture
Very disappointedT
