Rose cottage is an enchanting Cornish cottage with exceptional appeal and a true Cornish charm with a story-tale.

Lovingly restored by the Award Wining Interior Designer, Noushka Design, and a well known cottage within the village, this self catering holiday cottage is presented in an elegant colour palette with a classic slate roof and a modest front garden.

With its fabulous location in Port Isaac's historic Dolphin Street, only a couple of minutes stroll from the main harbour.

Comfortably sleeping up to six guests in three ocean inspired bedrooms with one bathroom.

Rose Cottage has been recently renovated with no expense spared carving it's characterful design into new, bright interiors that flow from room to room.

Inspired by it's location and the ocean, there are many 'under the sea' suggestions throughout the cottage from an octopus candle holder, to fish wall paper and coral colours.

The lovely handmade bespoke kitchen with the welcoming sight of a warming range cooker surrounded by white quartz worktops and carefully handpainted kitchen cabinets.

Equipped with a breakfast bar and addtional window seating to enjoy lazy breakfasts with friends and family.

The gorgeous sitting room has a fantastic slated floor with a wood burner to stoke up on cooler days, or for those cosy evenings in after tackling the rugged north Cornwall coastline.

There is a separate dining area with a cool, majestic feel where you can enjoy a game of cards with friends or the family or to simply relish in some home cooked delights.

Climb the ocean stairway onto the first floor with three bedrooms, all with a perky aspect.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a TV and DVD player, a double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

The utility area can be accessed from kitchen, and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, a freestanding bath to wash your beach garments and a hanging rail to allow them to dry.

In addition to this, there is an outside shower with a hot and cold water option which is perfect after a dip in the sea.

With its fine, front garden and additional sunny enclosed patio area at the rear, there is plenty of outdoor space for tracking down the sun, or for a peaceful Mad Hatter's cup of tea. The fabulous location means that your family can spend time wandering around and exploring all that is on offer; pop down to the harbour where you can buy fresh fish landed daily, take lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants, mooch around the gift shops, galleries and pottery or listen to the famous Fishermen's Friends singing while enjoying a cool glass of wine on the Platt.

Rose Cottage is one out of a number of nearby cottages featured on ITV's Doc Martin series, there maybe some rooms you may find familiar.

A walk around North Cornwall's coastal paths, up and down the dramatic cliffs, will bring you to neighbouring Port Quin, a beautiful spot that is now owned by the National Trust.

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
