“We love cherrytrees, we have been here 4 times now and we also love coming back.”

I messaged about a problem with the hot tub and I did get a reply but I wasn’t able to read it, on the new website I wasn’t able to actually open the message to read it. As much as I love using John Bray, it is harder now to speak to someone/ get help now that we have to go via Sykes holidays.

I’m so sorry you had a problem with the hot tub and also that Sykes didn’t deal with it satisfactorily. I will follow this up as communication problems are something I’ve just raised with them. Thank you for being such loyal guests at Cherrytrees though! Best wishes, Sarah Property Owner
