The superb estuary views from the comfortable lounge and dining room, reach far over the river towards the white sands and the fields beyond.

The kitchen is sleek and modern with a capacious cooker making cooking up holiday feasts for all the guests a breeze.

The dining room has bi-fold doors opening out to a glass-bordered balcony where you can watch the children play while gazing at the sea view and relaxing.

There's a private roof terrace to the rear and parking for 4 cars.Daymer Bay is a wonderful location for a family seaside holiday, where children and adults will find something new and exciting to do everyday, allowing plenty of time for relaxing in beautiful surroundings!

Windsurfing and kite boarding are popular on the beach at Daymer, particularly in the autumn.

Bodare

A fantastic located building in the heart of Daymer that was re-built as 8 flats in 2004/05. They all have car parking and individual outside space, either balconies or private garden areas, but they also all share a large sunny garden which has multiple areas of lawn around mature flower beds and trees.  At the bottom of the garden a gate takes you onto the footpath to the beach or onward to the St Enodoc Church, Brea Hill, the Coast path to Rock or even the ferry to Padstow.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £400.

About the location

DAYMER BAY

Polzeath 1.3 miles; Rock 2.3 miles.

Daymer Bay and the village of Trebetherick were both loved by Sir John Betjeman and are unquestionably special. With a huge appeal to both the young and not so young, Daymer Bay has recently been voted one of the best beaches in the world! St. Enodoc Church, once buried in the sand, is within comfortable walking distance of Daymer Bay and is the resting place of Sir John Betjeman. Daymer Bay holds great appeal for wind surfers, kite surfers and paddle boarders, with the gentle waves rolling up the estuary. There is enormous fun too for small children with buckets and spades and fishing in the rock pools. At low tide you can walk across the sand to the village of Rock to indulge in a spot of retail therapy or a bite to eat at one of the many delicious eateries, or catch the short ferry ride and explore the delights of Padstow. Up from the coast path as it runs from Daymer Bay is Highcliffe, nestling between Polzeath and Trebetherick, both of which boast a number of pubs, restaurants and village stores all offering a wide variety of fresh quality produce. The properties at Highcliffe have the advantage of being within easy reach of Daymer, Polzeath and Greenaway - Greenaway being the name given to the clifftop area, beach and small cove with rock pools overlooking the Atlantic beyond that lies between Daymer and Polzeath.

Please note that each of bedrooms 3 & 4 are made up as 2x single Zip & Link beds as standard. If you require these to be superking size bed, please contact us to advise.
