The Barn, St. Minver is a delightful reverse-level property resting in the countryside village of St Minver, ideal for a family or a group of friends looking to explore Cornwall.

Choose between four light and airy bedrooms with tasteful furniture, with the option of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin and a single, serviced by a bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a beautiful open-plan living space with tasteful furniture and a charming countryside feel, offering a kitchen with ample amenities to cater to your culinary needs, and a dining table for guests to enjoy a hearty meal at.

Here there are characterful features, including wooden beams and the welcoming glow of a woodburning stove, resting beside the sitting area and Smart TV, the perfect space to relax in after a long day of exploring the local area.

When the sun is shining, head out into the enclosed terrace space and dine alfresco as your four-legged family members bask in the fresh air.

Out here, you'll find the convenient garden shed where you can keep your own bikes, store surfboards and any outside paraphenalia to keep it all neat.

Surfers and dog walkers will be glad of the outside tap which is handy for washing out wetsuits in the tub provided or for rinsing off muddy paws. This pretty property rests in a nook near the Church in the rural village of Churchtown, St Minver, offering a local post office as well as a pub, The Fourways Inn.

It is equidistant between Rock and Polzeath beaches which you can drive to for a day out, safe in the knowledge you can retreat to your rural paradise when the area is busier!

Polzeath gives you eateries such as the Cracking Crab and Waterfront Restaurant, links to extensive coastal walks such as up to the panoramic view at Pentire Point and the Rumps, as well as the pretty Polzeath Beach.

Visit Rock for watersports facilities and the famous St. Enodoc golf course which boasts view out across the Camel estuary.

From here, you can hop on the foot ferry across to Padstow for retail therapy too and to potter around the well-known harbour.

For holidays with little ones, explore Camel Creek adventure park near Padstow or head over to Newquay to explore the local zoo, aquarium, museum and sandy beach.

History buffs will enjoy a trip to Tintagel Castle, The Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, and Restormel Castle, and the property is also within reach of the fantastic Eden Project.

The local scenery is threaded with wonderful walks, with options including Trippet Stone Circle, King Arthur's Hall and Bronn Wennili.
